If you are feeling below par, maybe lacking in energy, want to take charge of managing your weight for the long-term or you’ve visited your GP to be told that all the test results are normal but you still don’t feel well, then making small adjustments to your diet and lifestyle could make all the difference.
Hello, I’m Sarah and thank you for visiting my profile.
If you are feeling below par, maybe lacking in energy, want to take charge of managing your weight for the long-term or you’ve visited your GP to be told that all the test results are normal but you still don’t feel well, then making small adjustments to your diet and lifestyle could make all the difference. Your body needs the right balance of nutrients to perform at its best. Let me show you how eating a variety of wholesome, fresh foods can leave you feeling great and optimise your future health.
I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist with a background in food science and nutrition research.I am also a registered metabolic balance® practitioner, for those who need a personalised approach to managing their weight. I am passionate about the health benefits of eating a healthy, balanced diet and want to empower people to make food a priority in their busy lives. I am a busy, working mum of three children so the advice I offer is always realistic, practical and manageable.
I’ve worked in nutrition for over 10 years but it wasn’t until I studied Nutritional Therapy that I started to really understand that making simple changes to what I ate everyday could really influence how I felt. At the time of starting Nutritional Therapy, I suffered from a range of symptoms including, mood swings, irregular bowel habits and fatigue (which I thought signalled the time for another strong cup of coffee!). I had also always struggled with maintaining a healthy weight and jumped on and off the diet band wagon, time and time again. I soon realised I had so much to learn and so my journey began (and still continues) to better health…
