Your mobile becomes your office phone with your new dedicated number coming to your mobile and picked up by our receptionist if you are busy or already on a call.
You can make and receive calls using either your mobile number or your dedicated business number.
We highly recommend using a VoIP App on your data enabled mobile phone (3G/4G,Wifi); however, you can also use a standalone, an office VoIP phone or install a VoIP App onto your computer system (called a Softphone).
1) Download and install a suitable VoIP SIP phone app for your smartphone.
2) Add your account details from your 1 2 Support U login
3) You’re now up and running

For those who do have an office and would prefer an actual office phone then this is also possible.
All you need is an internet connection and network socket – the vast majority of office and home desktops are connected this way.

VoIP requires a data connection to work, so if you are on Wi-Fi, perhaps at home, in an office or using a wireless hotspot then data usage will not be relevant.
However, for the times where you are out of range of a Wi-Fi signal then either a 3G or 4G connection will work perfectly.
VoIP data usage is only about 0.75 MB per minute of conversation; i.e. if you were to have an hour of conversation, it will only be about 45 MB of data.
